Each month, we curate a small selection of Monthly Offers - think of them as little luxuries designed to fit the season, support hair health, and make booking feel effortless.

These offers may be big or small, and often focus on quicker services, subtle refreshes, or feel-good add-ons — perfect if you’re looking for a touch-up, reset, or moment of care.

A few things to know.
• Monthly Offers are only available to book during the month they’re released
• Once the month ends, the offer is retired and replaced with something new
• Upcoming offers are not announced in advance — each month is a fresh surprise

We love seeing your family! For all children’s appointments, we kindly ask that you call 9690 6507 or email the salon so we can help find the most suitable time.

Children’s services are structured a little differently to adult appointments, and we need to tailor the timing to suit and be matched to the correct Stylist.

Please note: If a child’s appointment is booked online under an adult service or time slot without prior consultation, the appointment will be charged at the adult service price.

Your satisfaction means a great deal to us, and we take pride in every service we provide.

If you're not completely happy with your hair, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We'll invite you back to assess your concerns and, where appropriate, provide a complimentary adjustment to ensure your result reflects what was agreed during your consultation.

Any adjustments must be completed within 14 days of your original appointment and are subject to an in-salon assessment.

Our redo policy doesn't apply to changes of mind, requests for a different style or colour, issues resulting from incorrect home care or work carried out by another salon, or where the expected outcome and any limitations were discussed during your consultation.

While we don't offer refunds for services, we're committed to working with you to achieve the best possible result. Where appropriate, another stylist may complete your adjustment.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. While we don’t take deposits for most services, we securely hold your card details on file for late cancellations or no-shows.

We completely understand that life happens — especially when it comes to sickness (we will always support you staying home if you are unwell)
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, sufficient notice is essential.
As we are a commission-based salon, late changes leave us little opportunity to refill your your time slot, directly impacting your stylist.
